Diet Cig has cancelled their upcoming performance in Harrisburg, PA stating on Twitter that fans have brought to their attention the venue is not a safe space.
The band referenced the cancellation at Messiah College was due to the school’s anti-LGBT policies.
Many fans have taken to social media to express concern attending live performances with the light being shined on sexual assault and abuse in the music community. In these dark times, it is imperative for us all to join together and stand up for what is right and for the safety of everyone.
